1. Services

We provide professional massage therapy and holistic wellness services designed to support relaxation, stress relief, and overall well-being. Our services are not a substitute for medical treatment or diagnosis.

2. Appointments and Cancellations

• Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
• We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a fee.
• Repeated late cancellations may result in the inability to book future services.

3. Payment and Refunds

• Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments.
• Prepaid packages or gift cards are non-refundable but may be transferred upon request.
• Refunds are not issued for completed services unless a clear error or issue occurred, in which case we will work to resolve it appropriately.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions.
• Inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns before treatment.
• Inappropriate behavior or misconduct will result in immediate termination of the session and possible banning from the premises.

5. Health and Safety

• We follow strict hygiene protocols and comply with all relevant health and safety guidelines.
• If you are feeling unwell, we ask that you reschedule your appointment for the safety of our staff and clients.

6. Confidentiality

All personal and health information you provide is kept strictly confidential, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, or non-compliance with these terms.

8. Changes to Terms

Holistic Vibrations Massage and Wellness Center may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and in our office.
